Dale represents people from all walks of life. He has acted for individuals, business owners, organisations, government departments, and the Crown. He has appeared as counsel in numerous jury trials, hearings, and other matters before the Courts and other tribunals.
Dale has also appeared in mediations and conferences for clients. He has been an advocate for people in a range of disputes and an effective negotiator. He prides himself on being an effective communicator in and out of court and adopts a common-sense approach.
